Buyer/Broker Registration Details

We are happy to pay (normally 2% of bid amount, see MLS for exact percentage) a qualified licensed real estate agent who successfully represents a registered buyer whose bid is accepted and closes. In order to qualify for a commission, the agent must first register the bidder on this Buyer/Broker registration form 24 hours prior to close of auction. Agent understands that seller of auction property reserves the right to accept pre-auction offers from any prospective buyer. A pre-auction sale has the same stipulation as an auction.

Commission will be paid at the time of successful close. Agent must have client’s permission to register them for auction. Agents must accompany buyer/bidder to marketing property at some point during auction marketing period by scheduling a showing through Centralized Showing System. If an Agent does not meet the stated requirements, no commission will be paid to the agent. No oral registration will be accepted. In the event that two agents register the same buyer/bidder, the buyer/bidder will be contacted to determine representation.
